For those who I haven’t already bored to death regarding my passion towards the Korean martial arts Taekwondo, I had my Black Belt grading on Saturday 7th May.  It was a tough, sweaty day involving lots of pattern work, sparring and destruction but I went in with the attitude that I was going to enjoy myself and I did. After a 3 day wait for the results, I was then ecstatic to be presented with my  personalised belt for successfully passing the grading, I was also very pleased to be awarded with the Best Thesis of the day. Lots of effort and dedication went into achieving this and it was all worth it. Taekwondo is suitable for all age groups, both my sons and my husband train. If you are looking for an art that tackles both physical and mental strength, develops discipline particularly in children then why not come along and give it a go. I’m very excited to be able to tell you that the building work you may have seen at the side of the property is complete. The new build offers clients private access to a reception area and from there access to the splendid 7m treatment room. The business transferred to the new room on Monday 24th January 2011, please note Bodywork Therapy continues to be a “by appointment only” salon.
